Md. Jumon Ali is a leading Intellectual Property trademark and patent attorney and Corporate lawyer, actively practicing at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Department of Patent, Industrial-Design and Trademark (DPDT). He completed his LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M. from the University of Dhaka in 2012 and 2013, and has been practicing IP law at the highest levels since 2015.

Since founding VisionaryiP Alliance in 2015, Md. Jumon Ali has guided hundreds of clients — from individual entrepreneurs to multinational corporations — in protecting their brands, inventions, and creative works in Bangladesh and internationally. His daily practice at the DPDT, Ministry of Industries, combined with Supreme Court advocacy, gives clients unmatched end-to-end IP legal coverage.

His WIPO National Consultant role for the Rangpur Shataranji Brand Protection Project brought international GI expertise to Bangladeshi artisans — a landmark contribution to the protection of traditional crafts through intellectual property law.
